Having the assistance of Rene has helped me already in a few months reach some of my running goals. I have a solid grasp of Arthur’s methods which has been the main reason behind breaking PB’s in each of my five marathons to date.
With Rene’s in-depth explanations I feel a lot wiser, but also with the schedule a lot of the guesswork has been taken out for me.
I’ve reached a point that I can run sub 4min k’s for 45km on a tough course feeling very comfortable and still having enough juice left for a finishing kick.
The hard yards need to be put in added with patience but the variety of the training makes it a pleasure to undertake.
